Core Values learned from the beginning
We learned that every individual is unique as well as recognizing and embracing our differences. Our differences are what bring us together and allow us to achieve greatness. Committing ourselves is the only way to get a task done, every person in our team is committed in order for the group to succeed. Everyone in our group is thinking outside of the box at new, further development ideas. Accepting that a group needs to be innovative is the key to all group discussions and projects.
Innovation was displayed in our Business Unit One today by sharing ideas among us about the PBL’s and planning some filming ideas out of the box.All of us are working together to put the bits and pieces together although we have very less time to finish all our PBL’s. In fact, when we have free time, we will be doing one of the PBL.I think with 4 strong BU members we could finish and achieve our best work quality at the end of week 8.
